I’m an experienced corporate trainer and educator with a background in workplace learning, particularly around communication skills, customer operations, and professional development.

I specialise in helping people build confidence, improve employability skills, and develop practical workplace abilities that genuinely make a difference.

My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and highly practical. I tailor sessions to each learner’s goals and learning style, breaking topics down into manageable steps and creating a relaxed environment where questions are always welcome.

I can support learners with communication skills, presentation confidence, interview preparation, CV writing, leadership and management skills, customer service techniques, workplace professionalism, and team interaction skills. I particularly enjoy helping adult learners, career changers, and people returning to education or employment after time away.

Students can expect supportive, patient guidance, honest feedback, real-world examples, and encouragement that builds both skills and confidence.

My aim is not just to help learners improve on paper, but to help them feel more capable and confident in real workplace situations.

Lessons are available online with flexible evening and weekend availability.
