About
I am a qualified and experienced primary school teacher with over five years of teaching experience across both Key Stages, including roles as a Year 5 and 6 teacher, Year Group Leader.
I currently work in enrichment and learning support, providing targeted support for children with SEND and helping pupils to close gaps in their learning. I also work with children preparing for the 11+, building their confidence, subject knowledge and exam skills through focused, personalised teaching.
Having worked in diverse inner-London schools, I understand that every child learns differently. I create a positive, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing independence. My approach combines high expectations with patience and carefully tailored support, whether a child needs help catching up, additional challenge, or focused 11+ preparation.
Above all, I want children to leave tutoring sessions feeling more confident, capable and enthusiastic about their learning.
