How long does an EHCP take in Knowsley?

Every EHC plan must be reviewed at least annually, and the council must give its decision within 4 weeks of the review meeting. In 2025, Knowsley completed a review for 45.4% of the 2,689 plans where one was due, and gave its decision within 4 weeks in 96.2% of cases (England: 47.6%).
