Personal Description:
I am an avid chess player and have been playing chess for many years, with experience of competing in several chess tournaments.
Teaching Experience:
I have conducted innumerable one-on-one chess classes online. I have also taught chess at a school in Greater London alongside a fellow tutor.
Teaching Approach:
I am a very patient and friendly teacher.
You don't need to travel if you prefer not to. I offer an extremely interactive way of teaching chess online. All you need is a free account on the Chess app and Microsoft Teams (or any other instant messaging platform that supports screen sharing during a voice call).
I am also happy to teach in-person.

How we verify these
Each imported review went through admin review. The tutor proved ownership of the First Tutors profile via one of two paths:

Mudasir is a great teacher, provides excellent instructions and very helpful material; my son is progressing very well since he started his lessons with Mudasir and is always looking forward to them. I also appreciate the feedback on how to best support my son between lessons. Highly recommended!

Hi There - just a quick feedback to say that Mudasir is a FANTASTIC Chess tutor. He is very proactive and I like his style of tutoring. I just wish, I had someone like Mudasir years and years ago!! Mudassir has been exactly what we were looking for. He is very professional and knowledgeable guy. Very friendly and patient. He does not just do the lesson, he also dedicate time of his own to play with the student and send theory so the student can move forward quickly. I'm so happy and my child as well.
