I am fully qualified teacher with more than 23 years extensive classroom experience – 14 years as a successful head of department teaching Psychology at A level. I have also tutored privately alongside teaching and now commit myself to tuition full time.

I believe that every student has capacity to reach their potential, they just need the right help and guidance. My teaching style is friendly, encouraging, approachable but focused, with exam requirements at the forefront of learning. I care about my students so have a student-centred approach and offer tuition which focuses on the individual needs of each student. I work on developing subject knowledge, exam technique and revision skills to enable each student to achieve their full potential.

As part of my tuition, I will plan lessons that engage and provide extensive resources, ensuring my students have all that they need to increase their grades and their confidence within the subject.
