I am an accomplished, highly skilled primary school teacher and specialist tutor with nearly a decade of classroom and 1-to-1 experience. Alongside running a successful tutoring practice, I am a school curriculum leader and hold a National Professional Qualification in Leading Teaching (NPQLT). This deep pedagogical background allows me to bring insider classroom expertise directly to my tutoring sessions.
As a warm, approachable, and nurturing tutor, I deliver high-impact lessons both in person and online. My practice focuses on two key areas: targeted 11+ exam preparation, and providing the essential extra push to assist and enhance children’s day-to-day learning. I specialise in Reading, Comprehension, SPAG, Creative Writing, and Verbal/Non-Verbal Reasoning. With a track record of high pass rates for the Year 1 Phonics screening check and KS1/KS2 SATs, I know exactly what it takes to build student confidence and achieve fantastic results.
