I teach Latin, Greek (Classical and Modern), Classical Civilisation and Ancient History at all levels, guiding students from beginner to advanced with a structured, systematic approach that ensures steady progress, deep understanding, and excellent GCSE and A-level results. Every lesson is tailored to each student's individual needs, helping them build confidence, master exam techniques, and develop a genuine appreciation for Classics and the civilisations that shaped the modern world. My teaching is patient, encouraging, and focused on creating a strong foundation while fostering critical thinking and independent learning. With 9 years of teaching experience, I have worked successfully with students of all ages and abilities. I also specialise in exam preparation as an examiner for Edexcel/Pearson (Greek), OCR (Classical Greek and Latin), and AQA (Italian), giving students valuable insight into exam requirements and marking criteria to maximise their performance.
