I am an experienced and passionate German teacher with 20 years of experience. Having worked as both a Teacher and Head of German, I have extensive experience preparing pupils for GCSE and A-Level examinations across different exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel and Cambridge International.

I am passionate about helping students achieve their full potential and have a proven track record of outstanding examination results at both GCSE and A-level.

My approach to tutoring is highly personalised. I believe students make the greatest progress when they are challenged, encouraged and genuinely engaged with their learning. I tailor lessons carefully to each student's strengths, weaknesses and individual goals, whether they are looking to improve their confidence, consolidate their grammar and vocabulary, develop their speaking and writing skills, or maximise their examination performance.

I make lessons interactive and enjoyable and use a wide range of resources and techniques. I also place great importance on developing students' independence so that they become confident and effective learners beyond the tutoring session.
