As Head of Religious Studies for 25 years, I have extensive experience preparing students for GCSE Religious Studies, A-level Philosophy & Ethics and 13+ Theology Common Entrance and Scholarship exams.
Specialist Support: I specialise in OCR Philosophy, Ethics, and Developments in Christian Thought at A-level. At GCSE level, I specialise in the AQA, OCR, Edexcel, Eduqas and IGCSE specifications.
Classroom teacher: With extensive classroom, online and in-person expertise. I deliver tailored instruction for individuals, small groups and home-schooled students.
Examiner experience: Having worked as an examiner for both AQA and OCR, I teach students exactly how to decode mark schemes, structure responses and maximise grades.

Karl is outstanding. Our son's confidence, exam technique, and understanding grew exponentially and this was all down to Karl and his wonderful tuition. Not only did he improve in RS, but other subjects as well, owing to the applicability of the techniques taught by Karl in other subjects. Even if my others sons are doing well in RS, I will still book in sessions with Karl when their exams approach to give them the absolute best preparation.
